1. Who we are
This site is operated by Callex Ltd. (“Callex”, “we”, “the company”) — a company registered in Israel that provides AI-powered voice agent solutions for businesses. Any privacy-related request can be sent to support@callex.co.il or by phone at +972-53-343-6282. Our officer responsible for privacy and data-subject rights is Meir Levi.
2. When we collect information
- When you fill out a form on the site (callback request, meeting booking, voice-agent demo).
- When you receive a call from a Callex agent or call one, and we speak with you to handle your request.
- Automatically when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time on page.
3. What information we collect
- Contact details: full name, phone number, email, and the name of the business you represent.
- Request content: the message you wrote in the form, the demo you selected, and the source of the request (which page).
- Call recordings and transcripts: calls with a Callex agent (inbound and outbound) are recorded and transcribed automatically. Recordings are used by us and by the business customer operating the agent for quality assurance, model training, and proof of contact.
- Usage data: IP address, device type, referring page, cookies, and similar tracking technologies.
4. How we use information
- To call you back, place an automated outbound call, or book a meeting.
- To provide the service itself — operate the voice agent, hand off to a human agent when needed, and update the business customer’s CRM.
- To improve service quality, train internal models, and debug issues.
- To meet legal obligations (consumer protection, privacy, tax, and registration).
- To send relevant marketing content — only after receiving your consent and with an opt-out option in every message.
5. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent when you submit your details, on the basis of a legitimate interest in providing the service and legal protection, and for the purposes you specifically consented to (such as marketing contact).
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for others’ marketing. We rely on trusted service providers to whom information is transferred only as required to deliver the service, under data processing agreements, in the following categories:
- Telephony and voice infrastructure — to place inbound and outbound calls.
- AI speech-processing services — to understand and synthesize voice for the agent.
- Lead management and CRM — to manage requests and route them for handling.
- Infrastructure, cloud hosting, and security providers — to operate the site and service.
- Analytics and measurement providers — subject to your consent in the cookie banner.
Some providers operate outside Israel. Transfers of information outside Israel are made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, relying on accepted transfer mechanisms. A detailed, up-to-date list of sub-processors is provided to business customers on request.
7. Call recording
Calls made through the Callex voice agent — both inbound and outbound — are recorded, transcribed, and summarized automatically. An appropriate notice is played at the start of each call, and continuing the call constitutes consent to recording and processing of the content. You may request deletion of a specific recording of a call you took part in by contacting us, subject to retention obligations under law.
8. Retention period
- Lead and request details — up to 7 years, per accounting and legal retention duties.
- Call recordings and transcripts — up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for legal purposes.
- Site usage data and logs — up to 12 months.
9. Your rights
Subject to the Protection of Privacy Law, you are entitled to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct or delete information that is wrong or no longer needed.
- Withdraw consent to marketing contact at any time.
- File a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

10. Data security
We take reasonable measures to secure information: TLS encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logging, periodic security testing, and backup processes. That said, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute prevention of a breach.
11. Minors
The service is intended for businesses and adults over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you learn that a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The update date appears at the top of the page. Material changes will be presented prominently on the site.
