1. General
The site callex.co.il (the “site”) is operated by Callex Ltd. (“Callex”, “we”). These terms apply to anyone who browses the site, submits a form, receives a call from the voice agent, or uses the service.
2. The service
Callex provides AI-powered solutions for automated call answering, outbound dialing, lead qualification, appointment booking, and customer service. Feature descriptions on the site are descriptive only and do not constitute a binding contractual commitment. Full engagement terms are set out in the specific agreement between Callex and the business customer.
3. Acceptable use
- The site is intended for legitimate business purposes only.
- You may not submit details that are not yours or that you are not authorized to provide.
- You may not take actions that could harm the site, its servers, service stability, or other users, including automated scraping, intrusion attempts, form flooding, or use of bots.
- You may not use the voice agent or its output for any unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or abusive activity, or activity that infringes a third party’s rights.
4. User content and information
When you leave your details, interact with the agent, or send us content, you represent that the information is accurate, that it is yours or that you are authorized to provide it, and that you consent to processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Demo and sample calls
The site offers a “live demo”: the option to request a call from the voice agent. The call is provided free of charge, limited in quantity and rate, and intended for evaluation only. Callex may limit or block excessive use without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the site, design, code, logo, content, models, and algorithms belong to Callex or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or make any commercial use without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The service and site are provided “as is”. Callex will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm, except where applicable law does not permit such limitation.
The voice agent is based on statistical models. Incorrect answers, misunderstandings, or disruptions may occur. Do not rely on call content for medical, legal, financial, or life-safety decisions.
8. Payments, billing, and cancellation
Payment terms, recurring billing, and cancellation rights are set out in the specific agreement signed between Callex and the business customer. For ongoing-service purchases, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 apply, including the right to cancel a transaction. Full details are sent to the customer before the engagement begins.
9. Changes to the service
Callex may update, expand, reduce, or discontinue features on the site or in the service. Material changes will be presented on the site or sent to active customers in advance.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The update date is noted at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
